How do hotels benefit from Lokalee’s WebApp? Lokalee helps hotels generate additional revenues through in-app purchases. Moreover, they can highlight their establishment’s key features and promote their own offers and promotions, while also customizing the WebApp to choose the content to display to their guests from our full database. Ultimately, this will lead to increasing user satisfaction and guest loyalty. What are the features that the hotel can edit? Lokalee offers a great deal of flexibility to hotels, starting with customizing the visual features of the WebApp to match their brand’s colors. They can also add their logo to reflect their brand’s image and comply with their guidelines. In terms of hotel features, the hotel can highlight them via a dedicated section on the app. The ‘Explore the hotel’ page enables hotels to promote special services, including: offers and promotions, in-house dining (details of F&B venues can be easily added, such as a description, opening hours, occasional offers, etc…), transportation services (shuttle bus, taxi to airport, etc…), facilities (spa, gym, fitness center, business lounge, meeting rooms, etc…), and important health and safety addresses that can be found around the hotel (pharmacies, hospitals, police station, etc...). Last but not least, hotel administrators have access to Lokalee’s content management system to make necessary edits and updates to the aforementioned features. They also have access to detailed booking and traffic reports. What technology is the Lokalee WebApp built on? Lokalee is an AI-based WebApp. By analyzing guest behaviors, it can provide hyper personalized recommendations to users, based on their geo location, purpose of visit, available time, and personal preferences.
