How to Delete Your Account on Lokalee
At Lokalee, we respect your right to manage your data. If you no longer wish to use our service and would like to delete your account, follow the steps below. This process will permanently delete your account and any associated data.
Steps to Delete Your Account

Log into your account on https://lokalee.app or our Mobile App.

Navigate to your Account Settings by clicking on your profile icon in the bottom navigation panel.

Scroll down to the Account Deletion section.

Click on the Delete Account button.

Confirm the deletion by clicking Confirm.
Once you complete this process, your account and data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Request Account Deletion via Email
If you encounter any issues or prefer assistance, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team via email. Send a request to cs@lokalee.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Be sure to include your account email and username to help us process your request.
Types of Data Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently erased from our systems:

Personal information such as name, email address, and profile information

Account history, including transactions and settings

Associated content you’ve created, such as saved preferences, uploaded files, and app activity logs
Data Retention and Exceptions
Certain data might be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Specifically:

Transaction records may be retained for accounting and legal purposes for up to 1 year.

Backup copies of data may be retained temporarily in our secure archives for a maximum of 1 month.
but will be fully deleted after this period.
